We were incensed that the clinical trials, decades of research and results were being used in marketing by big name brands who were not including the right ingredients or the right doses! As ABC TV have just highlighted, there's a web of lobbying and legislation protecting big business, not the consumer.

Some of the biggest pharmaceutical and supplement manufacturers in the world have paid the biggest fines for fraud.

Some of the smaller companies are as bad.

Some of the MLM supplements don't contain what they originally did.

Most supplement companies won't disclose their ingredients or the source of their ingredients.

Yet it's absolutely essential that you can get the right supplements at the real dose.

In the USA, 60% of supplements analysed for the active ingredients didn’t contain what was stated on the label. Sometimes undisclosed fillers such as soybean, wheat and rice are used.

Some supplements claiming to use gingko biloba were mixed with fillers, black walnut - and worse!

Some preparations of fish oil for Omega-3 have been proven to be rancid due to poor processing procedures. This can trigger inflammatory pathways in our cells – the exact opposite of what they are designed to do.

We insist on a Five Step Process of Authenticity so you get exactly what you pay for:

Firstly, we work with medical advisers including biochemists and doctors to ensure what we use is exactly right.
Secondly, our supplements are manufactured in cGMP, ISO and FDA approved specialist factories in the USA, Europe or the UK with state of the art production facilities. We do not make supplements in Asia, unlike many supplement companies. cGMP stands for Current Good Manufacturing Practice legal regulations, which are enforced by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other legal entities in each country. cGMP systems assure proper design, monitoring and control of manufacturing processes and facilities. The name ISO comes from the Greek word “isos,” which means equal. ISO standards are used in 164 countries that work together to create industry standards which are inspected to ensure compliance with the standards. ISO standards include health care technology, environmental health and safety, mechanical systems, electronics, engineering disciplines, logistics and distribution, energy and food technology.
Next, we rigorously inspect every single ingredient, its source and quality. We require Certificates of Analysis for every ingredient for each batch. We hold this information to substantiate our product claims. We test each batch of supplement for the concentration and the safety of the ingredients that are actually in each pot. These are tested for safety in combination as well as individually. We also carry out heavy metals testing.
We personally check on and meet with our manufacturers and suppliers. Cofounder Angela Wright personally visited the premises of Med-Eq in Norway, the only suppliers of genuine YTE®. Angela spent a lot of time there with the owner and team of Med-Eq, investigating every aspect.
