We note the controller of data is no longer the organisation under GDPR, instead it's the individual. We acknowledge each subject of the data has complete control for the data to be erased from databases under certain conditions. Additionally, GDPR requires organisations to remove any data that is no longer necessary.
Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) have been carried out and ascertained the risk of a privacy breach is not high given we correctly use high quality systems including Google, Shopify and approved apps, Clickfunnels, Ontraport, social media platforms in common use, etc.
