We want to make it really easy for you to Get Your Boom! Back.

In response to repeated requests, we've set up this Subscribe & Save Program.

When you choose to have repeat orders, our organisation costs are reduced. We pass those savings on to you.

You can choose to have deliveries just once, or every one, two or three months.

Individual products (1x product) by default are subscribed to a monthly Subscribe & Save Program. This is clear at the time of order and you can change it to be a one-off purchase then if you prefer. You also get an email immediately after your order, when you can cancel the Subscribe & Save option if you want to.

Quarterly (3x product) by default are subscribed to a 3-monthly Subscribe & Save option, delivered to you every quarter of the year. This is clear at the time of order and you can change it to be a one-off purchase then. You also get an email immediately after your order, when you can cancel the Subscribe & Save option if you want to.

What are the big advantages of the Subscribe & Save option?

Or course, your Subscribe & Save agreement can be cancelled and reinstated at any time. The frequency of shipments to you can be either every month, every two months or every quarter (every 3 months), as you wish.

GET YOUR BOOM BACK SUBSCRIBE & SAVE PROGRAM AGREEMENT

The Get Your Boom Back (“Boom!”) Subscribe & Save Program (“Program”) is an optional agreement by which a Customer places a continuing (or “standing”) product order to be charged as he/she chooses – either to his/her credit card, Bitcoin or Paypal account. 

Individual products (1x product) by default are subscribed to a monthly Subscribe & Save option. This is clear at the time of order and you can change it to be a one-off purchase then. You also get an email immediately after your order, when you can cancel the Subscribe & Save option if you want to.
Quarterly (3x product) by default are subscribed to a 3-monthly Subscribe & Save option, delivered to you every quarter of the year. This is clear at the time of order and you can change it to be a one-off purchase then. You also get an email immediately after your order, when you can cancel the Subscribe & Save option if you want to.

By completing this order, Customers wanting to participate in the Program agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. I will specify the quantity of products that I want to receive on a regular basis in my Customer Account, which is part of this Agreement
  2. I have supplied Boom!, with a credit card number(s) along with expiration date(s) and/or my Paypal account.
  3. All purchases made by me will be paid in this way by me unless I change my method of payment.
  4. I understand and agree that the products selected on the Program Agreement will be sent to me at the address listed each and every one, two OR three months, as I have indicated.
  5. Any changes I wish to make to my Subscribe & Save order will be made in my Boom! Customer Account or by contacting Boom! via https://www.getyourboomback.com/pages/contact.
  6. If my changes are received before my next items are shipped, normally within 1 day of my next Subscribe & Save shipment date, changes will be made. Otherwise changes will implemented in time for the following order to be shipped.
  7. I understand that Boom! may discontinue or implement price adjustments to the specific products that I have chosen to receive on my Program Agreement. In such situations, Boom! will publish the relevant information in Boom! publications and will continue to fulfill my Subscribe & Save order, unless I direct Boom! to make other arrangements.
  8. Prices and shipping fees will be automatically adjusted to reflect any such amendments.
  9. I understand that I will receive a 100 percent refund less a 10 percent restocking fee on any product where the price has been increased if I notify Boom! within thirty calendar days of the date of the product order, or the period specified by state law of the state where I reside for such refunds, whichever is longer, as long as the product is unopened and in resalable condition.
  10. I authorize Boom! to establish an automatic credit card or Paypal or Bitcoin (whichever is chosen) debit arrangement as specified in the Program Agreement to pay for each monthly Subscribe & Save order (to cover product cost, shipping fees and sales tax).
  11. Boom! will make no other charges to my credit card account except those that I have authorized. (Sales tax charges may fluctuate in accordance with changes in applicable sales tax rates).
  12. In order to prepare my product to ship on the indicated date, I understand that my credit card may be charged up to 7 days prior to the scheduled shipment date.
  13. I shall hold Boom! harmless for all special or consequential damages, whether direct or indirect, resulting from any wrongful debit to my account.
  14. I understand and agree that this Agreement may be immediately terminated without notice if credit card(s) to which product purchases have been charged become expired, canceled, or otherwise terminated.
  15. I understand that I have the right to terminate this Program Agreement at any time, with or without reason. I understand that such termination can be made by terminating my Subscribe & Save program in my Boom! Customer Account or by contacting Boom! via https://www.getyourboomback.com/pages/contact.
  16.  I understand and agree that Boom! may terminate this Program Agreement at any time, with or without reason, without written notification.
  17. Aside from any Boom!-instituted termination of Agreement, this Agreement will remain in effect until I either change this Agreement as detailed above.
  18. Cancellation will be effective in the calendar month in which it is received by Boom!, provided that my account has not yet been charged for that month. Otherwise, cancellation will become effective in the month following the month in which my cancellation notice is received by Boom!.
  19. I understand that all products ordered under the Program unless otherwise indicated may be returned according to the regular Boom! Product Return guidelines then in effect.
  20. I understand that Boom! reserves the right to modify the Subscribe & Save Program at its discretion without prior notice.
  21. When a challenge arises with Auto-Delivery payment processing, a courtesy call is made to the Customer by Boom!
