Why did we create NeuraBoost?
When we couldn’t find exactly the right combination of Vitamin B Complex with supporting mineral, we worked with our medical team to create NeuraBoost. We know it matters to you that you have genuine ingredients at the right dose.
Researchers from Cornell University have linked low selenium and vitamins B6 and B12 to age-related difficulties.
According to the Journal of the American Medical Association reporting on research reviewing the vitamins and chronic disease, “Inadequate intake of several vitamins has been linked to chronic diseases.”
According to a Mintel survey, "1/3 of respondents who use vitamins and minerals report worrying about the negative side effects of taking too many vitamin/mineral supplements”.
We make sure you’re not taking too much or the wrong sort of vitamins.
We know you’d rather get your nutrients from eating well – but that’s simply not happening. We know that "4 in 10 say they prefer to get nutrients from diet over supplements - significant numbers also say they do not use vitamins and minerals for related reasons.”
But here’s the vital information you must know: there are 8 big reasons why you must take supplements. Find out why here: getyourboomback.com/blogs/news/8-big-reasons-why-you-need-supplements.
Here at Get Your Boom! Back, we spend more than 10x the usual price on ingredients to get these details right. Yes, you can say we’re obsessive!
This makes a very HUGE difference to you. You’ll feel the benefit of NeuraBoost with every decision you make!
Why You Need To Supplement The B Vitamins
Humans did not evolve eating processed food. We are designed to eat fresh, local, organic, biodynamic, seasonal food. For millions of years, throughout our evolution, that's what we've eaten.
In the last hundred years, our food has become highly processed.
The food industry had worked hard to convince us to eat the cheapest, highest profit margin, most addictive foods.
Most of the food we eat today is not healthy food. It’s often nutrient deficient (or "empty calories"). The small amounts of nutrients they contain are often mal-absorbed and artificial ingredients can cause intestinal damage which further decreases your ability to absorb nutrients.
Even after ceasing to eat these foods, you can be in "nutrient debt" or have longstanding intestinal damage which prevents nutrient absorption. Much of the food we eat contains mycotoxins which are extremely damaging.
Reasons for supplementation include
Most modern fruits and vegetables are grown to increase their sugar content, not their nutrient value. As a result, most of the common fruits and vegetables are artificially high in fructose and sugar and lower in key nutrients.
When plants contain fewer nutrients, the animals that eat these plants are also malnourished. As just one example, study published in the Journal of Nutrition and Health found copper levels in the UK have dropped by 90% in dairy, 55% in meat and 76% in vegetables.
Fresh, organic food is not always possible. Even when you can find organic foods, they aren’t necessarily better. Some studies even show that organic foods are not higher in nutrients - when the "organic" food was processed and not fresh.
Fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds, grown organically at home or locally in well-fertilised soil and freshly harvested are going to be higher in nutrients than store-bought versions. If you can’t do that, you need supplements.
For so many reasons, our bodies need supplementation.
Just as all food is not created equal, so it's only worthwhile taking premium supplements. So we created NeuraBoost. Check out more information here: https://www.getyourboomback.com/collections/shop
The Eight Vitamins In The B Complex
For mature intelligence, NeuraBoost is the premium natural brain boosting supplement which actually helps feed your mind and improves memory because it's packed full of essential premium B Complex Vitamins - genuine ingredients at the right dose so you have all the advantages of a proper diet with no negative side effects.
Vitamins naturally occur in food and are needed in very small amounts for various bodily functions such as energy production and making red blood cells. There are 13 vitamins that our body needs, eight of which make up the B-group (or B-complex) vitamins.
The B-group vitamins do not provide the body with fuel for energy, even though supplement advertisements often claim they do. It is true though that without B-group vitamins the body lacks energy. The body uses energy-yielding nutrients such as carbohydrates, fat and protein for fuel. The B-group vitamins help the body to use that fuel. Other B-group vitamins play necessary roles such as helping cells to multiply by making new DNA.
Even though the B-group vitamins are found in many foods, they are water soluble and delicate. They are easily destroyed, particularly by alcohol and cooking. Food processing can also reduce the amount of B-group vitamins in foods, making white flours, breads and rice less nutritious than their wholegrain counterparts.
The body has a limited capacity to store most of the B-group vitamins (except B12 and folate, which are stored in the liver). A person who has a poor diet for a few months may end up with B-group vitamins deficiency. For this reason, it is important that adequate amounts of these vitamins be eaten regularly as part of a well-balanced, nutritious diet.

We Use Activated Vitamins
Your body doesn’t need to be asked to do more work to absorb the vitamins you choose. Yet that’s exactly what most cheap vitamins do.
Other vitamins sold both over the counter and online are actually "pre-vitamins" which need your liver to work hard to even have a chance of your body absorbing them. Yet it’s your liver which you should be taking the most care of! We think it’s crazy that cheap vitamins have to get transformed to the real thing in your liver. We use vitamins already in an active state, so they go immediately into the tissues where they’re needed.
We Use Chelated Minerals
Most minerals that you buy over the counter and online simply don't dissolve in your stomach. You’re literally flushing money down the toilet. Even more disastrously, your poor body is still crying out for minerals. Every aspect of your body needs bioavailable minerals.
Selenium in NeuraBoost
The Selenium we use is Sodium Selenite chelated to amino acids so your body recognises and digests it naturally.
Selenium is a trace element with multiple roles in looking after your cells. This vital element is unevenly distributed in the earth’s crust – the topsoil.
The primary nutritional source is the soil from which it is absorbed by plants and enters the food chain. There are huge geographical variations in the selenium status of populations. Modern day plants are often unable to take up selenium even when it is present.
Very low selenium status is a factor in poor health and diseases including a specific type of juvenile cardiomyopathy (Keshan's Disease) and a chondrodystrophy (Kaschin-Beck Disease) which were observed in selenium-deficient regions of China.
Most people don’t metabolise nutrients very well. Our poor bodies have so much to deal with – and giving them cheap artificial unactivated vitamins and non-chelated minerals makes it really hard.
Types of Vitamin B
B1 - Thiamin
B2 is primarily involved in energy production and helps vision and skin health.
B3 is essential for the body to convert food into energy. It helps maintain skin health and supports the nervous and digestive systems. Unlike other B-group vitamins, niacin is very heat stable and little is lost in cooking.
B5 is needed to metabolise carbohydrates, proteins, fats and alcohol as well as produce red blood cells and steroid hormones.
Sources include liver, meats, milk, kidneys, eggs, yeast, peanuts and legumes.
B5 deficiency symptoms include loss of appetite, fatigue and insomnia, constipation, vomiting and intestinal distress.
B6 is needed for protein and carbohydrate metabolism, the formation of red blood cells and certain brain chemicals. It influences brain processes and development, immune function and steroid hormone activity.
B7 is needed for energy metabolism, fat synthesis, amino acid metabolism and glycogen synthesis.
Sources include cauliflower, egg yolks, peanuts, liver, chicken, yeast and mushrooms.
B7 deficiency symptoms include pale or grey skin, cracked sore tongue, depression, hallucinations, abnormal heart actions, loss of appetite, nausea, dry skin and scaly dermatitis, hair loss, muscle pain, and weakness and fatigue.
B9 is needed to form red blood cells which carry oxygen around the body. It helps DNA synthesis and cell growth. Women of child-bearing age need a diet rich in folate as it helps the development of the fetal nervous system.
B9 is important to reduce risks such as spina bifida in the baby.
Most supplements use the much cheaper cyanocobalamin, @ $1,800/kilo, instead of the much more expensive Methylcobalamin @ over $3,000/kilo. Methylcobalamin is absorbed much more effectively by the body.
Vitamin B12 helps to produce and maintain the myelin surrounding nerve cells, mental ability, red blood cell formation and the breaking down of some fatty acids and amino acids to produce energy.
Sources include liver, meat, milk, cheese and eggs, almost anything of animal origin, soy products, fortified cereals (choose an organic, non-GMO brand), fortified almond milk (brands vary), fortified coconut milk (brands vary), some vegan protein powders, and two of the best sources are nutritional yeast and spirulina.
Although it’s possible to obtain all the B vitamins you need from vegan foods, you should take specific caution to take a Vitamin B12 supplement if you don’t consume at least one teaspoon of spirulina per day or at least 1-2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast per day. Both those sources in the specified amounts provide over 100% of the daily values.
Vitamin B12 deficiency is most commonly found in the elderly, vegans and breastfed babies of vegan mothers. Symptoms include tiredness and fatigue, lack of appetite, weight loss, heart palpitations, shortness of breath, vision loss, smooth tongue and mental problems, such as depression and memory loss.
There is no known artificial or natural Vitamin B4 available which is why it’s not in this, or any other, dietary supplement.
Also known as Adenine, there are several food sources for vitamin B4, which you should make sure to include in your daily diet. A large number of fresh fruits and vegetables are able to provide you with the right amounts of Vitamin B4, which include apples, oranges, bananas, edible seeds, tomatoes and green leafy vegetables. It is possible to enrich your vitamin B 4 intakes by consuming raw honey, Propolis derived products, and bee pollen.
Vitamin B4 can also be found in good quality whole grains, whole breads, and numerous herbs and herbal extracts such as blue cohosh, caraway, catnip, cloves, hawthorn, jojoba, sage, rose hips, kelp, spearmint, strawberry, yucca, couch grass, ginger or golden seal.
Generally, a daily diet that includes sufficient and balanced intakes of complex carbohydrates – including the plant-based food listed - should be able to prevent dangerous imbalances that may lead to a deficiency.
Potential antagonists of vitamin B4 (that would counteract its effects) are generally the same as for most B complex vitamins and include coffee, tea, cocoa, mineral water, overcooked foods, refined and processed foods, toxins including herbicides, pesticides, fertilizers, alcohol.
Getting sufficient amounts of B vitamins inside your body is important for the normal functioning of vital organs and body functions. You should remember that all B vitamins are water soluble, so you need to be constantly supplying them to your body.
