This super antioxidant specifically benefits the brain and helps supply the brain with energy by improving energetics in the mitochondrion, the cells' energy generators.

L-Carnitine is an amino acid (a building block for proteins) that is naturally produced in the body. The body can convert this L-Carnitine to other amino acids called acetyl-L-carnitine and propionyl-L-carnitine.
Acetyl-L-Carnitine is also known as MRM, Methylation and ALCAR and ALC. It's an acetylated form of L-Carnitine which is broken down in the blood to Carnitine which is used by the body to transport fatty acids into the mitochondria (the little energy centres in all of our cells) for turning into energy.
